Creation of a Shiny application with creation of dynamic tabs

Context summary

This pharmaceutical company has developed internally two R packages for the analysis of genomic data:

– a package with data on several genes,
– a package with business functions for data analysis and graphing (heatmap type).

She now wishes to create a Shiny application based on these two packages. The Shiny application must have the particularity of being created according to the sourced data, and must therefore be based on the creation of tabs on the fly in a dynamic way.

Our intervention

– Audit and optimization of existing packages

– Passing the relay to an in-house person to train him/her in the maintenance of the application
