Shiny running Python models
Context summary
The company has built a battery degradation prediction model in Python language. ThinkR was contacted to develop the Shiny interface for entering the many parameters (about a hundred) and deploy the software in production to a commercial audience (several dozen).
Our intervention
- Development of the Shiny application in interaction with Python (hundred of parameters)
- Implementation of a Docker and Shinyproxy infrastructure for AWS deployment
- User authentication and session persistency
