Building a training plan for ~120 people

Context summary

As part of its migration from SAS to R, this public institution needs to train ~ 120 people to R and contacts ThinkR to build an adapted and tailor-made training plan.
The training courses that have been organised in the past have not been satisfactory because not that operational and too generalist.

Our intervention

– a sample of people to train has been interviewed

– a tailor-made training plan

Result & added value

– the most complete training course totals 16 days described by prerequisites, a pedagogical process and professional objectives

– the training plan has an operational aim and is adapted to the professions referenced in the population to be trained

– the planned contents fully incorporate good practices in effect
