Migration to Shiny of a SAS analysis tool

Context summary

In a context of migration to rationalize proprietary licenses, this company wants to reproduce and improve an interface developed under SAS coupled with proprietary modeling software. This interface was dated and the possibilities of extension reduced, the capacities of comparison of models non-existent.

Our intervention

• Development of an R package to read and format the different output files of the modeling software
• Development of an interactive web interface with Shiny to read the results of different analyses, display comparative tables and interactive figures.
• Access control of the developed software

Result & added value

• The Shiny interface is visually pleasing, ergonomic and easy to use. The interactivity of figures and trend curve adjustments adds value to the analysis of results.
