Context summary
This public institution is led, through its missions, to collect and analyze data relating to territories (urban planning, coastlines, etc.). It wishes to develop internally a Shiny application to appraise the department’s public real estate stock (types of buildings, surface areas, etc.). Without outsourcing the development process, it would like to be supported to benefit from best practices.
Our intervention
– Support over several months throughout the development of the Shiny application
– Setting up regular meetings to discuss the blocking points encountered by in-house developers
– Creation of JavaScript code to help developers
