Creation of a package to study the selectivity of fishing boats

This research laboratory is interested in the selectivity of fishing boat, i.e. its ability to catch the fishes belonging to target species and sizes. R scripts were used to analyze data collected during fishing campaigns. A package had to be created to make these analyses and their publication in the form of a reproducible report.
